Curry Plants are useful

by Ann
(Maffra)

I have a curry plant at my house and find it really useful. I add a few leaves to stews, curries, soups and various other meals to give a lovely curry flavor.

The leaves are all year round so I don't run out at all and often give some away to family and friends.

I think it's a wonderful plant to have in the garden as it helps when cooking meals that need some extra flavor.

It also lets off a genuine curry aroma if you rub up against it in the garden or if the sun hits it after a shower of rain.
