Children gardening can be fun

by Whitney

Gardening Can Be Fun For Little Ones too!!

My daughter loves to garden with me. I bought her a trowel, a shovel and a tiny little pair or gardening gloves.

She’s two years old and doesn’t have the longest attention span but she still likes to “help” me when Daddy isn’t home to watch her for me.

I find that gardening is more fun for the smaller ones when vegetables are involved. They like to plant gorgeous flowers too don’t get me wrong but with Vegetables it’s like an ongoing project. They watch as their seeds grow into plants and as their plants grow little vegetables on them.

Then when that’s done they can pick them and then help prepare them in the kitchen their dinner. Kennedy has learned to love fruits and vegetables more now that she helps grow them.
